Information technology has undergone a variety of development, one of which is an Ethernet module. Ethernet module is a data communication system that is widely used at the present time and is not limited by distance. Ethernet network if connected with Internet allows to communicate efficiently. At first ethernet can only be done on a computer. But now, ethernet communication can be performed with more energy-efficient IC is arduino and ENC28J60 So simple applications that once worked on the computer can be done with this tool. One example is the monitoring of electrical installations based on TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol). The website is used to monitor the electrical installation. Mini circuit break will send a signal to the information or input signal from arduino, arduino then forwarded to the Ethernet module ENC28J60 and then sent through the ISP network using a modem to the website. The results of this thesis is a system monitors the electrical installation based on TCP / IP capable network connected to the Internet and can be accessed through the website.
